SPARKS, NV – The Maximum Resources Inc/Dirt Bags team from Sparks, NV, found out what the worst case scenario is in a triple elimination tournament. And On-U, from Salinas, CA found out you can really get your monies worth. The two teams played each other four times over the April 17-18 weekend in the Annual Down-N-Dirty tournament at Golden Eagle Regional Park. The Sparks team lost three times in the championship and if games to finish the weekend triple-dipped by On-U.
On-U opened the weekend with a 15-13 loss to MRI/Dirt Bags to drop into the loser’s bracket. On-U then won 10 out of their next 11 games to earn a rematch against the Dirt Bags.
